Spring Recital

Hannah put a magnificent display on at the Spring Recital this past month. She leapt around the stage (and into the hearts of the spectators ;) as she turned and twisted in a veritable textbook display of jumps, arabesques, and various other positions resembling cat behavior. Check out the pics on the right for more ballet action!

Tee Ball Season in "Full Swing"

After a brief but glorious soccer season, Tee Ball is now in full effect. Hannah was drafted extremely high in the off-season draft and now is an invaluable member of "The Red Team;" whose arch-rivals in the Tee Ball league is "The Blue Team."

On the left, you see Hannah just before hitting yet another base hit (she is 7 for 7 this season). Other highlights of her season include a few RBI's and, on defense, she helped to record the team's first Out when she masterfully fielded a ground ball and threw it to 1st base.

Soccer Season Kicks Off!

The "Purple Popsicles" started off the '10 soccer season by dominating the Red Team by a score of a lot to a little. Highlights of the game included Hannah making a 20-yard dribble only to have it end in complete distraction when she stopped to acknowledge Mommy and Daddy cheering her on.

It's been a loooong Winter!

It has been a long cold snowy winter here at Osan! We are trying to keep ourselves entertained as much as possible by scheduling play dates with friends, sledding at Everland (pictured left) and playing lots of games. We even went to see our Sesame Street friends put on a show thanks to the USO. Other than trying to stay warm and entertained things are slow moving. Hannah had a great Valentine's day thanks to family and friends who have replenished her lost movie collection. Check out the newest photos of our long winter as well as a movie of Hannah dancing to "White Christmas"!

Happy (Belated) Holidays! What a fabulous Christmas we had here at the Sweazey household. It was quite busy filled with holiday parties, play dates and getting ready for Santa. Hannah's class put on a little recital for the parents which was great (I posted some video of it). We also decorated cookies, made peanut butter bon bons, and played with Hannah's BFF Ava.
